Bill & Wendy Harpe, continue to support our vision through the annual award of bursaries for cultural practitioners at all stages of their career. Bursaries are awarded taking account of past work and in recognition of those who capture the spirit and determination of our founders. The Black-E was founded by Bill and Wendy Harpe, together with the late Sally Morris and Sir Peter Moores.
The New Commissions Committee is chaired by Wendy Harpe, together with members drawn from past-serving trustees that are in good standing with the charity and who continue to be in public life.
